The Weight Loss Plan - Gold is all about you starting your day the healthy way. Formula 1 is the worlds number 1 meal-replacement shake and will give you the confidence that you are providing your body with the nutrition it deserves.

HOW TO USE

  • Mix 2 scoops of Formula 1 with between 200-300ml of milk or alternative soy based beverage(if not using the Protein Drink Mix- PDM).
  • If using the PDM you will replace your milk or soy based beverage with 2 scoops of PDM and water.
  • Replace your daily tea and coffee intake with 2 glasses of the Instant Herbal Beverage.
  • Mix 1/2 teaspoon with 200-250ml of hot or cold water.
  • The Aloe Mango Concentrate is a perfect complement to your Instant Herbal Beverage or can be added to your water to help you achieve your 2 litres per day target.
